Amazon pickup & return personal are always late in the morning. While they are supposed to open at 8am, I always have to wait at least until 8:20am for them to show up. Who is the supervisor?

365 brand alkaline water is out of stock most of the time. It is not a rare merchandise. It is the While Food own store brand. If there is a high demand, wouldn't the store pay attention to stock it more frequently or increase the shelf space for it?I don't understand the management of this store. Something is serious wrong with this store management.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always ask how I'm doing and many make an effort to remember my name and like to have conversations. Juan, who makes the pizzas a lot of the times, comes to mind. He is always smiling or sharing his interesting stories of the day and makes grocery shopping that much more entertaining. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have had moldy fruit a few times, but they are more than happy to replace it for free.

Ordered a gluten free sushi platter for Christmas Eve. They had to customize it to avoid gluten. Excellent customer service in the sushi bar. It was super fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I love Whole Foods Market! Always fresh and yummy! The staff at the bakery were incredible and friendly! I bought a vanilla sheet cake and chocolate sheet cake both with Happy Birthday wording on it. It was nice there were a lot of options for 100% beeswax candles. I asked a baker what kind of natural food coloring they use to make the purple color, and this is what the baker showed me. It was nice to see the actual bottle. So here it is! Thank you! While they were writing my custom Happy Birthday on the cake, I did some shopping. This Whole Foods is very clean and organized. Happy shopping!
